This image comes from our vacation to Ecuador in the summer of 1999.

I've painted my father twice, this piece here being the second attempt at painting him, and I must say I like this much more than my original attempt which won't be shown here.

I so love the colors here. I'm amazed that I was able to pull off the reflection in his sunglasses.
